Very comfortable, well built and good looking. Good value for money. It is warm, but it does let wind through though, so you need a shell over it if it is cold and windy outside.

Columbia Sportswear Women's Benton Springs Fleece  is extremely warm and comfortable. I ordered it true to my size (for t-shirts and such), and it was roomy enough to wear over a hooded sweatshirt. It's also great for layering under a thick winter jacket. I practically lived in this jacket last winter, and after excessive wearing and washing, the color black faded a little bit. Another Place; Another Time A short time ago I wrote about how I find the Booker Prize to be one of the few awards that consistently recognizes truly excellent books. The other award that I think does as well is the Newbery Medal. As always, there is varying quality even among the winners of this award but I found this book to be one of the best of the best.
First of all, I always appreciate books that take me to places I've never been. Certainly, this story of twelfth century Korea does that. Additionally, it describes various processes of pottery-making, something else with which I was not very familiar.
Most importantly, however, this is a story filled with wonderful characters. Tree-ear is an orphan who lives beneath a bridge with an old man named Crane-man. Slowly, Tree-ear works his way into the family of a master potter, Min & his wife, by doing work which the old potter now finds difficult. Ultimately, Tree-ear is sent on a long journey to the capital with a sample of Min's work to obtain a royal commission but, when the samples are destroyed along the way, he can only take a shard of the former pottery to the commissioner.
This is a beautiful story which is well worth reading--and that includes any "adults" who might be reading this. Remember, if you can't read a "children's book" and enjoy it, then your child should probably not be reading it either.

Samsung rocks This is my second Samsung HDTV and it's outstanding. This model includes a QAM turner which I didn't know much about until I did some research. If you have cable, the QAM tuner allows you to receive an HD signal from the major networks without the need for a special cablebox. I can simply plug in the cable and receive most of my cable channels (but not the digital channels) and the HD signals for CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX and PBS without a box. I was amazed.

Quick Response and Great Product The first Ottoman/Glider set we received had a broken Ottoman, so we had to send it back. UPS picked the damaged product up on Monday, we had the new set by Wednesday. EASIEST piece of furniture to put together in our nursery so far. Great product, very comfortable!

Excellent deal! While this may be the first glider we've owned, my wife and I very picky in finding great products(Stork Craft Hoop Glider ) at great deals and this one fits in beautifully. The packaging was excellent, and the wood stain couldn't be better. Note: This is one of the darker Espresso finishes so keep that in mind if matching to Espresso furniture from other makers (I think a few others have a lighter finish... not truely espresso). Putting this together was far easier than I thought and can easily be done in fifteen minutes or so. The quality seems quite solid, but we've only had it for three weeks or so. The product itself would get four stars, but at this price it's easily five stars. We could have easily spent $300 plus at most stores for what I believe to be the exact same stuff. Great Deal!

Little Tikes Products Are Always Reliable My daughter had a Little Tikes picnic table and used it from age 2-6 and its durability was terrific. So, when it came time to choose a gift for our 19 month old grandaughter a Little Tikes picnic table was a happy choice. This one is even better than ours was because it can fold up for storage.
Will bend, warp quickly I bought this table for inside use. I liked the idea of bench seating for my toddlers. It is a safe table with big some issues. As soon as your child sits on the table (& believe me he won't be able to resist :) the table will sway/bend in the middle & stay that way. It makes it worthless for building blocks, arts, etc....it becomes a tea party table only & even then frustrates kids because nothing will stand up on it. You won't want to give them real food on it because everything will topple & fall off. I just ordered 2 desk size Virco tables with adjustable legs because I know they will never bend. I really don't recommend this table unless you find it at a garage sale for $5 & only want a outdoor play table that swoops down in the middle. Mine is for sale by the way :)

Great price for a good looking watch So I had this Nike Triax watch that I used for running. All i wanted was time & stopwatch. After about 1 year the watch just died. When I went to a watch repair shop they wanted $25 to replace the battery. I didn't even know if it was the battery that was the issue. Anyway, I didn't bite on the battery change as there were some features of the watch i didn't like either(buttons sticking/not working, the alarm getting set very easily, etc). So now I have a BRAND NEW, fantastic watch with more functionality and IMHO looks tremendously better for $28. Buy this watch. Give it as a gift to the timekeeper in your life or to an expectant mother at her baby shower so she can keep time between contractions or to your boss as a gesture of how happy you are to have a job in this economy or just be greedy and buy it for yourself. Oh I almost forgot... I opted for the free shipping on this one and it was expected to come on 2/12/09. I received the watch on 2/9/09. So, it has been a great experience all the way around. Thank you Amazon for exceeding my expectations.
